About US
We live in North Idaho from 1990 and are avid collectors of art and craft products.
We sell mostly retired, rare and discontinued craft books but offer art books too, collectibles, home decor products
and other gift items as well.
Our motto is: 'WE ARE NOT HAPPY UNTIL YOU ARE HAPPY'. We know you have many choices when shopping on the web and
we strive to make your experience with us pleasant.

We all started from zero once.
Payment
We take just about any type of payment - Paypal, Google Checkout, personal check, money
order, etc. If you prefer another payment method, please let us know and we will try to work with you. Payment
is due within 7-8 days, but can work out other arrangements if you ask.
US Shipping
For most packages, we use USPS and UPS, with delivery confirmation, and charge a flat
rate for shipment to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Alaska or Hawaii may be a few dollars more. We are happy
to combine for better shipping and offer at least $1.00 shipping discount on each item after the first one(for
books and patterns). However, if shipping is much less than the discounted amount, we will issue a shipping refund
or charge less on the invoice.
Insurance and delivery confirmation number are always included in the shipping cost. If something awful happens
(we pack VERY well and we have not had anything broken yet), just let us know. We may ask that you return the item
at our expense or just go ahead and return your money or send a replacement.
We try to ship within two - three business days of your payment, but sometimes may take a little longer for combined
shipments where we must shop for an oversized box.
International Shipping
We love to ship worldwide! Sometimes we state shipping options and costs in the listing.
If you do not see them, please email for a quote. We charge very close to actual USPS International shipping rates.
There are three shipping options available:
USPS Global Express - This
option is more expensive but has a tracking number so you can see where you package is. Delivery time is usually
quite short.
USPS Global Priority - This option
is a little more expensive than Air Letter Post and delivery is a day or two shorter. Some tracking may be available
through the customs forms, but have never had a lost overseas or Canadian package. Because of the shorter delivery
time, the trip may be easier on the package.
USPS Air Letter Post - This
option take a day or two longer than Global Priority and, to the UK, takes about 7 to 10 days.

Private insurance is free for items less than $100.00 and is optional at $1.00 per each additional $100.00 in value.
Especially for surface shipments, insurance is recommended.
